Coca Cola Cookie Cake Recipes

COCA COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• In a bowl, sift sugar and flour. Add marshmallows.
• In a saucepan, mix butter, oil, cocoa and Coca Cola®. Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients; blend well.
• Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk just before adding to batter along with eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
• Pour into a well-greased 9-by-13-inch pan and bake for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven and frost immediately.
• Combine butter, cocoa and Coca Cola® in a saucepan.
• Bring to a boil and pour over confectioners' sugar, blending well.
• Add vanilla extract and pecans. Spread over hot cake.
• When cool, cut into squares and serve.

COKECOLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking pan., In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine cola, butter and cocoa; bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened., In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until blended; add to flour mixture, whisking constantly., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean., About 15 minutes before cake is done, prepare glaze. In a small saucepan, bring cola to a boil; cook 12-15 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in butter and cocoa until butter is melted; remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar; stir until smooth. Pour immediately over hot cake.

COCA-COLA COOKIE CAKE

Steps:

• For the cake: Remove fillings from all cookies and place in bowl, set aside.
• Place cookie wafers in a separate, large microwavable bowl.
• Take one small swig from the can of pop, then pour the remainder of the coke over the cookie wafers.
• Add one large spoonful of peanut butter to wafer/coke mixture and mix well.
• Microwave, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
• Remove bowl from microwave, let cool.
• For the icing: Add one large spoonful of peanut butter and one spoonful of hot water to the creme fillings.
• Mix well (no lumps).
• After cake has cooled, turn cake upside down out of bowl on to a plate or lid then spread icing on top and sides.
• Optional: Add crushed nuts or M&M's to icing before or after applying to cake.

COCA COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar in large bowl. In small saucepan, heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup Coca-Cola. Bring to simmer and then pour over flour mixture. Stir well. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Mix. Add marshmallows. Pour into 9x13 pan for 35 minutes.
• To make the frosting, in a saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, 6 tablespoons Coca-Cola, and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Bring to a boil. Pour over bowl with powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread evenly over warm cake. Let cool. Serve.

COCA-COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Combine flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking soda.
• In small saucepan, bring butter and Coca-cola to a boil.
• Add dry ingredients to mixture and then add buttermilk, eggs, and marshmallows.
• (batter will be thin). Bake in 9x12 inch baking pan at 350 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
• Topping for coca-cola cake: Combine butter cocoa and coke in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
• Pour over sugar and mix well.
• Add nuts an vanilla.
• Pour over cake while still hot.
