APPLESAUCE CINNAMON BREAD

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, applesauce, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over the top. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.Freeze option: Securely wrap cooled loaf in foil, then freeze. To use, thaw at room temperature.

CINNAMON APPLESAUCE BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x5 loaf pan or 5 mini loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk.
- Slowly add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan(s) and place in oven to bake for 30 minutes if making mini loaves, or about 60 minutes if making large loaf.
- Once toothpick comes out clean once inserted in center, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving!

APPLESAUCE BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 9X5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the insides of the pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs, whisking until smooth. Add the applesauce, vanilla, and Greek yogurt and mix until well-combined
- Add the flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and stir just until combined; don't over-mix the batter.
- Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with just moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven. Run a knife gently around the side of the pan and then remove bread onto a cooling rack.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg.
- 2. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Beat in the applesauce and vanilla. Fold in the raisins and walnuts.
- 3. Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the pan and then remove, let cool, slice and serve. Good with cream cheese spread.
