Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well; add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
- 3. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients, stirring well; add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended; stir in toffee candy, chocolate chunks, and nuts.
- 4. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool slightly on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar. Beat in the eggs until well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; stir into the sugar mixture until well blended. Fold in the walnuts, oats and apples. Drop dough by spoonfuls about 2 inches onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool on wire racks.

Steps:
- Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- slowly add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Add rolled oats and raisins. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls, about 1 1/2 tsp in each. Place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
- Spread 1 tsp of nutella on the bottom of a cookie and top with another cookie. Repeat for remaining cookies.

- Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oats, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl using a handheld or stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Beat in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, mixing untii just combined.
- Add in dry ingredients and mixing until just combined. Do not over mix. Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes, then remove to a rack to cool 5 minutes longer.

- Place softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer or in the bowl of a KitchenAid on medium speed, until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, and pour the vanilla extract. Beat until combined, scraping the sides as needed.

- Using a hand mixer, or an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the softened butter and both sugars on a low speed until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, making sure each is fully combined before adding the next. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add in the vanilla, and honey and mix until combined.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Keeping the mixer on low, mix in dry ingredients until completely combined. Add in the oats, hazelnuts, and optional chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Roll balls of dough (about 2 Tablespoons each) and place two inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still just a little shiny. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least five minutes before removing. They will continue baking during this time.
