1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, divided
6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.)
3 cups frozen green beans
1-2/3 cups water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork

Steps:

  • Melt 2 Tbsp. of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add beans, water and remaining 2 Tbsp. butter to skillet. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten. Top with the chops; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.

4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. In a large skillet, brown chops on both sides in butter over medium-high heat. Remove chops. , In the drippings, saute onion until golden brown. Add the water, brown sugar, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Return chops to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°. Remove chops; keep warm., Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork.

1 cup medium picante sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pound bulk spicy pork sausage
4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the picante sauce, honey and Worcestershire sauce; stir until honey is dissolved. Divide the sauce into two small bowls; set aside. , In a small skillet over medium heat, brown pork until no longer pink; drain. Meanwhile, cut a deep slit in each chop, forming a pocket. Stuff with sausage; secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle chops with garlic powder and pepper. Brush each side with Italian dressing. , Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer inserted in the meat reads 145°, basting twice with sauce from one bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks. Serve with sauce from second bowl.

3/4 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

Steps:

  • Cook vegetables and thyme in 1 Tbsp. hot oil in medium skillet until vegetables are crisp-tender; remove from skillet.
  • Add remaining oil and chops to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (145°F). Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. orange zest

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook chops in skillet on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, sugar and zest. Add to stuffing; mix lightly. Spoon over chops.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 lean boneless pork chops
1 ½ teaspoons rosemary
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf
2 (11.5 ounce) cans tomato juice
1 ½ tablespoons hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 (14.5 ounce) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and brown the pork chops on both sides. Season with rosemary and garlic powder. In a bowl, mix the water, vinegar, sugar, and bay leaf. Pour over the pork chops. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 10 minutes.
  • Pour the tomato juice into the skillet, and mix in the hot pepper sauce. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cover, and continue cooking pork 35 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  • Remove the bay leaf from the skillet. Stir the green beans and mushrooms into the tomato juice mixture, and cook until heated through. Top pork chops with green beans and mushrooms, and cover with the tomato juice mixture to serve.

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water, divided

2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Steps:
