CHUCK WAGON WRAPS
If you like baked beans, you'll savor this robust wrap. Wendy Conger of Winfield, Illinois combines canned baked beans, ground beef and corn, then rolls it up in tortillas. "I was wondering what to fix for dinner one night and came up with this," Wendy writes. My husband raved about it! It's fast and easy to make, too."

CHUCKWAGON CARROTS
The addition of crisp bacon to the carrots gives a nice lightly smoked favor. It has been a favorite with my family for many years. It originated in the "Treasury of Country Recipes" published by Land O Lakes about 15 years ago. Even people who don't normally eat carrots love this dish! You can easily double the recipe for a potluck dish. If you want to decrease the fat, just substitute light margarine and turkey bacon.

CHUCK WAGON SANDWICH
These are great! They are kind of like a pork tenderloin sandwich, but made with a beef patty instead of pork. You can use precooked breaded beef patties or precooked breaded chicken-fried steak patties in this as well. Look for them in the freezer section (heat and eat).

A thick and hearty homemade chili with a kick. If you like a thinner chili, add another can of tomato sauce. Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheddar and buttery crackers. You can't stop at just one bowl!

CHUCK WAGON BURGERS
Howdy, pardner! When our son requested a cowboy theme for his birthday party, I planned a Western-style meal including these savory burgers. In the spirit of true chuck wagon fare, I served them on large biscuits rather than buns.
