OLD FASHIONED HAM BALLS
Old Fashioned Ham Balls are straight from Grandma. These meatballs are a combination of ground pork, beef and ham with a surprise sweetness coming from graham cracker crumbs. The brown sugar glazed is just the icing on the top made with a base of tomato soup.

IOWA HAM BALLS
This is a special recipe my whole family likes. Every time they visit and I make Ham Balls, they're all smiles. When I take this to potluck meals, I'm always asked to share the recipe. It's very appropriate for my region, too, since Iowa farmers raise prize-winning pigs and cattle.

CHRISTMAS HAM BALLS
My mom started making this dish at Christmas years ago and it's a hit every time. The sweet and savory combination is wonderful. Tip: When you go to the deli to get the meat, have them grind the two types together so you don't have to go the trouble of having to mix them together when you get home!

HOLIDAY HAM BALLS
The holidays are deadly to a diet because of things like this! You can just keep popping one into your mouth every time you pass by till you have accidental eaten them all. I got this from a friend in Sweden. *Using the coarsest grating disc of the food processor for the ham works perfectly. After you have grated the ham use it for the cheese.
