CHOCOLATE PUFFED-WHEAT SQUARES
I used to make a batch of these every two days for my cafe. They were extremely popular and always sold out. A delicious and light chocolate square that packs well in lunches. I like to make for Halloween treats by simply scattering Reese's pieces over the top and pushing into top of square while still warm in pan. Enjoy!

HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE PUFFED WHEAT SQUARES
I love chocolate, and I love being healthy and fit. So i've come up with a compromise- a delicious chocolate puffed wheat square reduced in sugar and fat. I've made this recipe with 2 oz. of 72% cocoa chocolate and 6 squares of Lindt 99% cocoa chocolate... but i'm sure you could play around with different chocolate bars to get a preferred chocolate taste.

OOEY GOOEY CHOCOLATEY PUFFED WHEAT SQUARES
I love puffed wheat squares, but I'm always disappointed when they turn out too hard or crispy. This one is nice and gooey because of the marshmallows.
