CHILI LIME VINAIGRETTE
Steps:
- Place olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne into a mason jar, blender, or food processor.
- Seal and shake or blend until well combined.
- Taste and re-season if necessary.
- Use immediately.
- Store leftovers in a sealed airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Let come to room temperature before serving.

CHILLI AND LIME SALAD DRESSING
This is to kick up a green salad. I was clearing out all the supermarket recipe leaflets and cards and all the cut out recipes that kept piling up in my kitchen. I thought I'd post the ones that I liked the look and sound of here, to share and for future reference. This way you might find something you like and my kitchen gets decluttered! - Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, chili oil, sugar and garlic in medium bowl to blend. Season dressing to taste with pepper. (Can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
CHILI LIME VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
I got this recipe from a lady who always serves it with a grilled salmon and leafy greens salad, using feta crumbles, red onions, and carrots. If you don't want it as spicy, you can cut back on the red pepper flakes but we love it just the way it is.
