CHILI RAMEN NOODLE SOFT TACOS
Yeah, I agree, weird. But this is really good! Build this taco just as you would any other taco and you will see how good this is. Our family loves Ramen noodles and we like to switch up the ordinary and see what we can come up with. Tonight, we concocted a winner in our opinion. Enjoy!!

Steps:
- In a pan, boil water and cook noodles.
- Drain noodles, and return to pan.
- Open seasoning packets, mix in, open can of Chili and mix all ingredients.
- Add whatever you like to your Chili Ramen noodle soft taco.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water, green chilies, taco seasoning, onion powder, chili powder and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. , Drain noodles; place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Spread with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes., Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and taco sauce. Garnish with sour cream.

HEARTY TACO CHILI
Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer beef to a 5-qt. slow cooker., Rinse and drain beans and hominy. Add to beef, along with canned tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, onion, the dressing and seasoning mixes and pepper. Puree green chilies and remaining diced tomatoes in a covered blender until smooth; stir into beef mixture., Cook, covered, on low until flavors are blended, 6-8 hours. Serve with toppings as desired., Freeze option: Freeze cooled chili in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary.

- In a 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix Chicken and Marinade ingredients. Seal bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned on both sides and no longer pink in center.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Sriracha Mayonnaise ingredients. In another small bowl, break apart ramen noodles. (Reserve seasoning packet for a later use.)
- To toast the tortillas, heat 1 tablespoon oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tortilla. Cook until starting to puff up, then turn over. Once second side is puffed up, remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
