CHILI LIME MANGO MARGARITAS
Simple mango margaritas with orange, lime, agave, and silver tequila! Cold, sweet, tangy, and subtly spiced. Perfect for Mexican food and warm weather!

Steps:
- Add all margarita ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness / strength of alcohol as desired.
- To chill, either blend in a large handful of ice cubes to make a frozen margarita or transfer half of the mixture to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously.
- Rim serving glasses with a lime wedge and immediately dip in salt/chili powder mixture (or sub just salt or sugar), and fill with 1 large ice cube or several small. Pour over margarita and garnish with lime wedge.

PINEAPPLE CHILI MARGARITA

- Gather the ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker , pour the tequila, triple sec, lime and pineapple juices, and hot sauce. Fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously .
- Prepare the rim of the glass by rubbing a slice of lime along it, and dipping glass in coarse salt and/or Tajin Seasoning for extra spice, if desired.
- Strain cocktail into the ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel.

CHILLI-INFUSED MARGARITAS
Steps:
- To make the syrup, bring the ingredients to a boil and allow to bubble for 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- To make the Margaritas, combine all the ingredients in a large jug and allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving in tumblers with ice.

- Wet the rim of 4 short glasses and dip in a mixture of 2 tablespoons coarse salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds of the way with ice. Add 1 cup tequila, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 11/2 tablespoons agave nectar. Shake well, then strain into the glasses.

SPICY MARGARITA
Mix up a chilli-spiked margarita with mango and lime juice, tequila, triple sec and a special chilli syrup. We've added chilli to the salt rim for a little extra kick, too

Steps:
- First, make the chilli syrup. Put the sliced chilli and sugar in a saucepan with 50ml water. Bring to a simmer over a low- medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Turn off the heat and leave to cool completely.
- For the salt rim garnish, mix all the ingredients together and tip onto a shallow plate. Brush the rims of four tumblers with a little water, then dip the rims in the chilli-salt mixture. Set aside while you make the margarita.
- Tip all the cocktail ingredients into a large cocktail shaker or blender and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold, or pulse two or three times to combine. You want to chill, aerate and dilute the drink, but not completely crush the ice.
- Fill a large jug and the prepared tumblers with ice cubes, then strain the cocktail into the jug and stir well before pouring into the tumblers.
