ARTICHOKE GREEN CHILE DIP
This Hot Artichoke Dip with Green Chilies makes a great snack or party appetizer. Quick to prepare and toasty warm, your guests will devour this easy party dip in minutes! A family favorite recipe that is always requested!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Give the drained artichoke hearts a rough chop so that there aren't any real big chunks.
- Mix artichoke hearts, green chiles, cheeses and mayonnaise.
- Spread evenly in a pie plate or an 8 inch square pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, slices of french bread (toasted or not), or cut veggies.

ARTICHOKE DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- To a mixing bowl add sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, garlic and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Combine until smooth.
- Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and a little bit of dill weed, to taste.
- Place in a greased baking dish (most pan sizes around 8x8 in or a little smaller will work. You could even use a pie pan).
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese on top. Sprinkle with a little extra dill weed, if desired.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drain artichoke hearts and puree them in your food processor.
- Mix pureed artichoke hearts, one cup of mayonnaise, one cup of parmesan cheese and garlic to taste in an oven safe bowl or small casserole dish.
- Bake in oven at 350°F degrees for 25-35 minutes until light golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving with wheatables vegetable flavored crackers.

I always have canned artichokes and green chilis in my pantry, shredded parmesan cheese in the freezer and of course mayonnaise is a staple in most kitchens. I have some family members who really dislike mayonnaise but they really love this dip.
