CHILI CHEESE DOG CRESCENT RING
The flavors of an American classic, the chili cheese dog, have been rolled up into a crescent ring to bring you the ultimate game time food. You'll please even the pickiest of eaters with this Chili Cheese Dog Crescent Ring during dinnertime or any occasion.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray cooking spray into a medium skillet set over medium heat.
- To the skillet add your onion, garlic and green pepper and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add in your ground beef and brown.
- Stir in hot dogs, can of tomatoes, can of beans, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and salt and pepper.
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes so the flavors can marry.
- Unroll crescent rolls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Form a ring in the center with the pointed ends facing out so it looks like a sun.
- Place chili dog filling all around the edges forming the circle and top with cheese.
- Fold over the point so it covers all the filling and tuck corner up under bottom crescent dough.
- Repeat all the way around.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Serve with mustard, ketchup and/or banana peppers.

- Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Cut hot dogs into thirds.
- Cut crescent roll triangles in half lengthwise so you have roughly 1-inch (2 ½ cm) by 5-inch (13 cm) triangle slices.
- Roll crescent dough around hot dog thirds, starting with the wider end of the dough closest to the hot dogs, making "pigs in blankets."
- Arrange pigs in blankets around a 10-inch (25 cm) skillet in two tight circles, leaving a hole in the center of the skillet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until dough puffs up and becomes golden.
- In another large skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the onions, then season with salt and pepper. Continue stirring ground beef until mostly cooked.
- Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, cumin, chili powder, and sugar to the ground beef and onions. Stir until everything is well mixed. Simmer 10 minutes.
- When chili and the pigs-in-blankets skillet are both ready, spoon chili to fill the hole in center of the skillet. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is well melted.
- Top with diced green onion and serve.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Pour 1 pouch of chili into a colander and set inside sink to drain. While chili is draining, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay long end of crescent rolls out in a ring, overlapping them to form a base.
- Slice each hot dog into rings, without cutting all the way through to the bottom, to make them bendable. Lay hot dogs on base of crescent ring. Spoon drained chili over hot dogs. Sprinkle carefully with grated cheese.
- Fold ends of crescent dough up and over the filling. Tuck ends underneath ring. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. While ring is baking, heat second package of chili according to package directions
- Pour chili into center of baked ring and sprinkle with more cheese, as desired. Serve immediately.
