Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, onion, celery, cucumber and olives. , In a small bowl, whisk the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, fold in tomatoes.

- 2. Mix rest of the ingredients and add to chicken mixture.
- 3. Chill for a bit or eat immediately. Spread on your choice bread or crackers. Or, eat as a salad served with your favorite chips!
FASTEST CHICKEN SALAD WITH A TWIST
A dear friend gave me this recipe years ago. I use this with leftover chicken & we love it. She says it doesn't keep well but I have never had any leftover. The sauce is really a matter of taste. Taste after assembly & add more of what you prefer.
