2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (14-ounce) round prebaked Italian pizza crust
9 slices (3/4-ounce) Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese cut into thin strips
1 cup skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; add garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes or until garlic is softened but not browned.
  • Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread garlic butter evenly over crust; sprinkle with half of cheese. Evenly spread chicken and parsley over crust. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

All the familiar pizza flavors combine in this delicious pizza chicken to create a tasty, keto and gluten-free experience.

4 (8 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts*
Olive oil cooking spray
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup pizza sauce (no added sugar (I use Rao's))
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese ((4 oz))
1 oz pepperoni ((16 slices))
1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a rimmed baking dish with olive oil spray. I use a 10 X 7-inch ceramic baking dish from Sur La Table.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish, flat side up. Lightly spray them with olive oil. Sprinkle them with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the baking dish from the oven. Turn the chicken breasts. At this point, you can lightly spray them with more oil and sprinkle with a bit more salt and pepper, but it's optional. Top the chicken evenly with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and olives.
  • Return the baking dish to the oven. Bake until the chicken is cooked through (its internal temperature should reach 165ºF) and the cheese is melted, about 15 more minutes. Garnish with chopped basil and serve.

ROASTED GARLIC, CHICKEN AND SPINACH WHITE PIZZA

So amazingly cheesy with just the right amount of garlic. You can save the leftover garlic for later use!

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 cups chopped spinach
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 (13.8-ounce can) refrigerated classic pizza crust
8 (1-ounce slices) fresh mozzarella cheese
1 head garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut head of garlic, about 1/4-inch, to expose tops of garlic cloves. Place garlic head, cut side up, in a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Fold up all 4 sides of the foil and cover tightly. Place into oven and roast until cloves are golden brown and tender, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool before squeezing cloves from skin; reserve and mince 8 garlic cloves.* Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken to the skillet and cook, flipping once, until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let cool before dicing into bite-size pieces. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the skillet. Stir in spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes; season with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, thyme, oregano, basil and reserved garlic cloves; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Working on a surface that has been sprinkled with cornmeal, roll out the pizza into a 12-inch-diameter round. Transfer to prepared baking sheet or pizza pan. Top with mozzarella, dollops of ricotta mixture, chicken and spinach. Place into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses have melted. Serve immediately.

1/4 teaspoon pepper
Butter-flavored cooking spray
8 fresh basil leaves
4 thin slices prosciutto or deli ham
4 slices provolone cheese

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken over medium heat until a thermometer reads 165°, 4-5 minutes on each side., Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet; top with the basil, prosciutto and cheese. 1 (2 ounce) bottle hot sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle blue cheese salad dressing
1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.

One of my favorite pizza's to make - and it's so easy. I use pre-sliced mild provolone from dairy section or deli. Ease comes from using pre-made pizza dough that I get from the supermarket, however, you can of course make your own. Also, I only recommend using the fresh basil - it gives the best flavor to this pizza.

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lb pizza dough, refrigerated
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 lb provolone cheese, sliced
5 roma tomatoes, sliced
salt & pepper
garlic powder
1 -2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Roll out dough. Coat pizza pan with the olive oil and spread out rolled dough evenly to all edges of pan. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Top with sliced provolone then place tomatoes on top of cheese. Season with salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste then sprinkle the fresh basil evenly all over pizza.
  • Bake for 12-18 minutes or until crust just golden brown. Slice & serve.

1 pkg (12 oz.) refrigerated fully cooked chicken breast cutlets
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 pkg (14 oz.) prebaked pizza crust
1 jar (14 oz.) pizza sauce
3 slices Kraft Provolone Cheese, halved
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh basil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line jellyroll pan with foil. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning. Place on foil in pan. Bake until brown and crisp, about 10 min. Cool, cut into 1/2"-thick strips.
  • Place crust on baking sheet, spread with 3/4 cup pizza sauce, leave a 1" border. Top with provolone. Reserve 1/2 cup mozzarella. Layer chicken, onion, remaining mozzarella and remaining pizza sauce over provolone.
  • Bake until crust is browned and toppings are heated through, about 12 min. Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella. Bake until melted and lightly browned. Top with tomato and basil.
