Doritos crusted chicken is as good as it sounds. It features deliciously tender chicken coated in your favorite flavored Doritos.

Ingredients

500 g (1.1 lb) chicken breast, cut into strips
½ cup plain flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
170 g (6 oz) Doritos, crushed

Steps:

Preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
Now, in another separate bowl, add the eggs.
In yet another bowl, add the crushed Doritos.
Dip the chicken into the flour, egg mixture, then the Doritos.
On a lined baking tray, place the coated pieces of chicken.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy.

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
plain Doritos

Steps:

Crush doritos, enough to just cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole.
Mix all other ingredients, except cheese, and place on top of doritos.
Crush another layer of doritos on top.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

4 - 6 - chicken breast with bone
1 - doritos, bag - original flavor
1 can(s) diced ortegas, lg
1 cup(s) onion, chopped
1 can(s) olives, sliced or whole
- cheddar cheese, sharp
6 cup(s) water
2 - chicken bouillon cube
1 - garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) clove, ground
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1 can(s) ortega diced green chilis ( 4 or 7 oz to your taste)

Steps:

Boil the chicken in the water, boullion cubes, pepper, garlic, cumin, and clove till it falls off the bone. Reserve the broth for later and taking the chicken de-bone it and cut it up in to chunks.
In a casserole baking dish spray it with cooking spray (like Pam). Gently smash the Doritos and cover the bottom of the bakig dish with them.
Then start to layer the on top of the Doritios as follows: chicken chunks, then Ortegas, then onion, then olives, and then cheese.
Take 2 1/2 cup of the reserved broth and pour over the top of the dish. Pre-heat the oven at 350 abd bake for 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread half of the crushed chips in the bottom of an 8-inch or 9-inch square or 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, stir together chicken, condensed soup, tomatoes and green chilies, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the chips in the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the cover, sprinkle remaining crushed Doritos over top, and return to the oven (uncovered) for 5-7 more minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
