CHEWY SKOR TOFFEE BITS COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
• In a large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
• Add eggs and blend thoroughly.
• Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
• Stir in toffee bits.
• Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (I used ungreased parchment paper).
• Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
• Cool slightly, remove from the cookie sheet to a wire rack.
• Cool completely.

CHEWY TOFFEE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Grease cookie sheet lightly.
• Stir together flour, soda and salt.
• In large bowl beat butter, sugars and vanilla til well blended.
• Stir in toffee bits.
• Drop by rounded teaspoons onto sheet.
• Bake for 9-11 minutes or til lightly browned.
• Cool and transfer to wire rack.

CHEWY CHOCOLATE-TOFFEE-OATMEAL COOKIES WITH CRANBERRIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl; beat using an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Stir in flour and baking soda. Fold in oats, chocolate chips, toffee, and cranberries.
• Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough on the lined baking sheets.
• Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
