CHEWY SKOR TOFFEE BITS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl, beat margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs: beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
• Drop rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
• Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.

• 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet(s).
• 2. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
• 3. In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
• 4. Drop by rounded tsp onto prepared cookie sheet.
• 5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown.
• 6. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
• 7. Cool completely.

SKOR BITS PECAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cream together margarine, brown and white sugars and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
• Add egg and beat well.
• Sift in flour, salt, baking powder and soda.
• Stir in oats and coconut.
• Lastly, stir in pecans and Skor bits.
• Form into tablespoon sized balls (or use a 1 ounce ice cream scoop) and place a dozen at a time on a shiny baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
• Do not flatten.
• Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
• Remove immediately to a cooking rack.
