Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries in juice
1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup walnuts

Steps:

Drain the can of cherries and reserve the juice. Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Combine reserved cherry juice, lemon juice and enough cold water to equal one cup and add to gelatin. Refrigerate until slightly set. Add cherries and walnuts and pour into a 4 cup mold. Chill until firm.

3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 apple, chopped
1 small banana, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped

Steps:

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough cold water to ice cubes to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is thickened but not set.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Unmold onto plate just before serving.
