SPICY & CHEESY BAGEL OMELET RECIPE
An amazing loaded breakfast omelet filled with cheese, smoked turkey, onions and a hint of spice with pickled jalapenos. Served on your choice of bagel!

Steps:
- Chop up jalapeno, onions, and kielbasa into small pieces
- Mix in a small bowl with the eggs
- Stir with fork until eggs are well combined with all ingredients
- Grease a small pan with olive oil
- Pour contents into the pan and heat on medium
- Cook one side for about 3-5 minutes or until bottom starts to turn a light brown
- Flip with spatula and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes
- Toast the bagel. Remove omelet from pan and sprinkle with cheese
- Fold omelet onto the toasted bagel and enjoy!

- Mix well on sliced bagel half spread mixture, cover the bagel with a slice of mozzarella cheese pop it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds (depends on microwave) We have also baked in toaster over for great results.
