- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, thyme and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until melted. Drain pasta; place in a large bowl. Toss with turkey, vegetables and cheese sauce. , Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until heated through.,

- Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with half of the ravioli, 1-1/4 cups sauce, 1 cup cottage cheese and 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. , Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 30-40 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

I came up with this recipe as a result of needing to do something with all the leftover thanksgiving turkey and also having not made it to the store for a while and so ingredients were just what I had on hand. It is very easy! It would be great with some celery or maybe peas added as well.

- Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish reserving about a half cup of cheese. It also works best to add the noodles last.

- Grease a 11'' x 7'' baking dish with cooking spray.Add cubed sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese.
- In a large bowl,combine sliced turkey,seasoned pepper,cumin and sun-dried tomatoes.Mix well.
- In a large skillet,coat with cooking spray,add turkey mixture and saute for 8 minutes.Stir in shredded parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- To make Parmesan Grilled Onions:in a medium skillet,combine margarine and diced onions,saute for 6 minutes until browned.Add grated parmesan cheese.
- Spread 1/2 cup cheddar cheese soup in a prepared baking dish.Arrange half of ravioli over the sauce.Top with half of Parmesan Grilled Onions,1 cup turkey mixture,1/2 cup chopped carrot and 1/2 cup soup.Repeat layers.
- Pour remaining soup over the top;sprinkle withe cheeses. Bake,uncovered for 30 minutes or until throughly heated and lightly browned.Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

- Heat oil in 4-quart Dutch oven or 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in oil about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in pasta sauce, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.

Choose a jarred sauce that you really enjoy but one that is on the plain side (sauces with large flecks of herbs and lots of garlic or onion powder do not hold up well in the slow cooker). The ravioli should be medium-sized; the extra-large ones tend to fall apart upon serving. If you purchase refrigerated ravioli, freeze them yourself before using them in this recipe.

- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the oil over med-high heat.
- Add in the onion; stir/saute a few minutes until softened.
- Add in the garlic; cook 1 minute (don't allow to burn).
- Add in the pasta sauce, wine, and tomato sauce.
- Bring to a boil; lower heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes.
- Taste the sauce; if desired, add the basil.
- Pour 2 cups of the sauce into the slow cooker.
- Add 1 package of the frozen ravioli; then sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese.
- add 2 more cups of sauce, the remaining package of ravioli, the remaining mozzarella and 2 tablespoons parmesan.
- Coiver with the remaining tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, or on LOW for 5-6 hours.
- The casserole is done when a ravioli from the center of the casserole is hot throughout.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan and let cook 10 minutes more.
