- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in noodles. , Transfer to two greased shallow 2-qt. baking dishes. Combine the bread crumbs and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over casseroles. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chicken, soups, sour cream, celery salt and pepper., Drain spaghetti; add to sauce mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to 2 greased 11x7-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casseroles up to 3 months. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Cover casserole with foil; bake as directed, increasing covered time to 40 minutes or until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Remove from heat; stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper. , In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, green onion, green pepper and sour cream., Drain noodles; place half of noodles in a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Spoon half of beef mixture over the top. Layer with cottage cheese mixture and remaining noodles. SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown the ground chuck in a large skillet. Drain the fat, and then add the tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Stir, and then simmer while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cottage cheese. Add plenty of freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Add to the noodles and stir. Add the green onions and stir.
- To assemble, add half of the noodles to a baking dish. Top with half the meat mixture, and then sprinkle on half the grated Cheddar. Repeat with noodles, meat and then a final layer of cheese. Bake until all the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with crusty French bread.
- To freeze: Assemble the Sour Cream Noodle Bake in a disposable aluminum oven-proof pan and seal the top of the container with the lid or heavy foil. Seal the edges to prevent freezer burn and place in the freezer.
- To cook from frozen: Place directly in a 375-degree F oven and bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Remove the lid and bake until lightly brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes more.

- Cook the egg noodles until al dente as per the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese and sour cream. Add plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Add to the noodles and stir. Add the Cheddar and green onions, then stir.
- Add the contents of the bowl to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and top with the potato chips. Return to the oven and bake until golden, another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions, then serve.

- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain well.
- Toss noodles with soup mix, sour cream, parsley, 1 cup cheese and pepper.
- Spoon into a 8 cup casserole dish.
- Toss the bread crumbs with the remaining cheese and margarine.
- Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.

This is a delicious comforting dish that my family thought was awesome. I threw it together with what I had in my fridge and pantry. I hope you try it sometime, as it was mighty tasty. The pork was melt in your mouth good...

- 1. Over medium heat in a large skillet, brown pork, onion, celery,garlic , salt and pepper in oil until pork is no longer pink.
- 2. Stir in the soup and water, combine well. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
- 3. Stir in the cubed cheese, noodles and parsley. Stir and heat until cheese is melted. ( this could actually be eaten now, but I like to bake with the panko crumbs.) Mix your crumbs and seasonings with the melted butter.
- 4. Pour noodles mixture into a casserole dish - I use my 4 quart casserole, but could use a 9 x 13 dish. Spread the top with panko's and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and coating is golden. I serve with crusty bread and a tossed salad.

- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 11 x 7-inch casserole dish (or you can use a large dish).
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water; drain and transfer to a large bowl then toss with 2 tablespoons butter.
- Cook onions and garlic in butter until tender.
- Combine cooked noodles, onion/garlic mixture, cottage cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, poppy seeds and dill.
- Transfer into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika then Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until done.
