This cheesy breakfast pizza will be your next favorite meal. The pizza crust is piled with your favorite toppings with heaps of cheese for a tasty dish.

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 can prepared pizza crust
2 tbsp olive oil
6 eggs
3 tbsp milk
½ tsp dried basil
to taste Salt & Pepper
½ lb cooked and drained sausage
¼ cup cooked, or bacon bits Bacon
3 sliced, divided Green Onions
¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
8 oz Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese
2 oz Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • With 1 tablespoon olive oil, grease a 10x15 pan with a rim. Press dough into the pan and brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat just until set, about 3-4 minutes. Eggs should be shiny and undercooked.
  • Sprinkle pizza with toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley. Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

6 rhodes frozen texas rolls or 9 rhodes frozen dinner rolls
2 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
fresh ground black pepper, if desired

Steps:

  • Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine rolls and roll into a 12-inch circle.
  • Place on sprayed pizza pan and poke several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming.
  • Bake crust at 375º for 5-10 minutes until it begins to turn golden.
  • Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
  • Add cheeses, ham and onions.
  • Spread mixture evenly over pre-baked pizza crust.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle top with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
