CHEESY BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE
This Cheesy Beef & Macaroni Casserole is an easy to put together and it boasts big flavor! We've made this recipe countless times and everyone in my family raves about it!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook noodles for ¾ of time according to package. (My noodles said 9 minutes so I cooked them for 6). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Meanwhile, brown beef, garlic & onion in a frying pan. Drain.
- Combine green peppers, beef, noodles, tomatoes, tomato sauce & paste, basil, salt & pepper, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley. Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish.
- Combine remaining cheeses & 1 tablespoon of parsley. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned!

CHEESY BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is a delicious supper or buffet casserole which is a great replacement for the usual lasagna. You can use your own homemade spaghetti sauce if you wish.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in mushrooms, seasonings, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until almost tender. Drain and toss with butter. In a buttered 9 x 13 baking dish, spread about half the noodles. Top with half of the meat sauce, then half of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbling hot.

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in the flour, garlic salt and onion salt until smooth; gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in noodles. , Transfer to two greased shallow 2-qt. baking dishes. Combine the bread crumbs and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over casseroles. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Add the tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. , In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, onions and green pepper. Drain noodles; place half in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with half each of the meat and cheese mixtures. Repeat layers.
