1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 French bread baguette, cut lengthwise in half

Steps:

  • Heat grill to low heat.
  • Combine all ingredients except baguette halves; spread onto baguette halves. Place on sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  • Grill 8 to 10 min. or until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly, and bread halves are toasted around the edges.

8 slices Good French Bread
Butter, For Toasting Bread
6 slices Thin Bacon, Cut Into Bits
2 whole Leeks, Sliced Thin And Washed If Needed
4 oz. weight Goat Cheese/chevre, Softened

Steps:

  • In a skillet, melt butter and toast the bread slices on both sides until golden and slightly crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly. Fry the bacon bits until crisp, then remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Pour off the excess grease, then blot the skillet clean. Add the leeks to the skillet and cook over medium-high heat for several minutes, until golden.Smear each piece of bread with goat cheese, then top with leeks and bacon and serve!

4 slices French bread, 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, halved
4 KRAFT Extra Thin Swiss Cheese Slices, halved
1 plum tomato, seeded, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat broiler.
  • Cook and stir bacon in skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  • Spread bread with mayo. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until toasted; rub with garlic.
  • Cover toast slices with 4 cheese pieces, bacon and tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese pieces; broil 1 min. or until melted.

2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Italian bread, baguette sliced into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil and parsley. Place bread on a baking sheet and top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until bottom of bread has browned.
  • Allow to cool about 5 minutes before serving.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup prepared pesto
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 carton (8 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese pearls, drained
Minced fresh basil, optional
French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, pesto, salt and pepper until combined. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Cook, covered, on low until heated though and cheese begins to melt, 1-1/2-2 hours. If desired, sprinkle with basil. Serve with toasted bread.

12 ounces butternut squash (birds eye frozen) or 12 ounces winter squash (birds eye frozen)
1/2 lb bacon, diced and sauteed
1 onion, medium diced fine
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon thyme (fresh and chopped fine)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups gruyere or 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
1 baguette, sliced

Steps:

  • Squash -- Defrost the squash. In a saute pan add the butter and saute the onion until slightly soft, 3-4 minutes. Add the squash and mash lightly so you get a nice puree. Add the thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Remove to a bowl and cover with foil to keep warm.
  • Bacon -- In the same pan after you rinse it out, saute the bacon until brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
  • Baguette -- Slice the baguette into thin slices. Brush with the olive oil and toast in a 400 degree oven until brown on each side.
  • Finishing -- Top each slice with a spoon of the butternut squash, top with bacon and then cheese. Return to the oven and heat until the cheese is melted and serve.
