SLOPPY JOE SLIDERS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: ground beef, salt, pepper, white onion, garlic, ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dinner roll, shredded cheddar cheese, butter, sesame seed

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Using a spoon, break up the meat and stir until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
- Stir until the meat is fully cooked and sauce is evenly combined. Set aside.
- Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking pan.
- Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Place the top of the rolls back on top.
- Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted.
- Cut into individual sliders.
- Enjoy!

SLOPPY JOE SLIDER BAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Top with half of cheese slices; set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, break up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes. Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; top with remaining cheese. Replace top halves of rolls. , For glaze, stir together butter, brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and garlic powder. Brush over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Bake, uncovered, until tops are golden and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes. If desired, top with pickle slices., Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

Steps:
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add VELVEETA, ketchup and mustard; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 350ºF. Remove (unseparated) rolls from pan; cut horizontally in half using serrated knife. Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet. Bake 4 min. or until lightly toasted.
- Cover bottom half of bread with meat mixture; top with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Cover with remaining bread half, cut side down. Cut into 12 pieces to serve.
