- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, salad dressing and milk until blended. Stir in cheese, artichokes, spinach, tomatoes, bacon and green onions. Transfer to a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker., Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

- In a bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing mix until well combined.
- Stir in bacon bits and green onion, then stir in drained chopped spinach.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- For preparation ease and flavor, we recommend using imitation bacon bits in this recipe. -- They actually impart more bacon flavor than real bacon. That being said, crumbled crispy bacon or packaged real bacon pieces can be substituted, if you'd like.
