This came from a Betty Crocker cookbook.I thought it looked quick and easy.And totally kid friendly.Two major things i look for in a recipe.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups uncooked pasta (6 oz)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup water
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs (approx 32)
1/2 cup diced cooked bacon (about 6 slices precooked)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion (about 1/4 med.)

Steps:

Pre-heat oven to 350F, grease 2 quart baking dish.
Cook and drain pasta according to package.
In baking dish mix the top 6 ingredients.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minute.
Sprinkle with the cheese and onions.
Bake another 10-15 min until cheese is melted.

3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese cubes
10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Add beef to a 4-quart saucepan; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
Stir in macaroni, milk, garlic pepper, soup, cheese cubes, and half the bacon.
Spoon mixture into a 3-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
Mix together the remaining bacon, bread crumbs, and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes.

½ (16 ounce) package frozen Italian-style meatballs
1 (15 ounce) can asparagus, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
½ cup uncooked instant rice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix meatballs, asparagus, chicken broth, tomato soup, instant rice, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix! Form the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 to 2 inches in size - roughly the size of a golf ball.
Take the cheddar cheese cubes and stick one inside each meatball, forming the beef around it, sealing it so the cheese stays inside. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in a single layer and brown on all sides, cooking for about 5 minutes total. If there is a lot of excess grease, you can remove the grease with a spoon. Do not worry if some of the cheese spills out!
