Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 package (20 ounces) frozen crinkle-cut french fries

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soups. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Arrange french fries on top. Bake, uncovered, until the fries are golden brown, 50-55 minutes.

My original Recipe #221110 is very simple and is a hit with kids especially, but honestly it is not my favorite. I have issues with the flavor of processed cheese (think Cheez Whiz, Velveeta, etc). So I came up with this alternative, which is just as easy as the original, and now I enjoy it too!

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix
1 cup water
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
16 ounces frozen french fries (crinkle cut)

Steps:

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain grease.
Stir in pepper, garlic powder, mustard, soup mix and water; blend well. Mix in 1 c of the cheddar and the swiss cheese.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish; top with french fries.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 400° until fries are golden brown.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Found this recipe online and sounded pretty easy, so I tried it. My family likes it. I have made with both french fries and tator tots. It is good with both. I like to eat it with ketchup. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 1/2-2 lbs hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 ounce) package frozen french fries or 1 (16 ounce) package tater tots
1/2 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce, to taste-couple shakes
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown hamburger with onions and cloves of garlic if using until no longer pink and onions and garlic are translucent.
Drain grease. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Return meat to the heat and stir in both cans of soup. Heat through until bubbly. Season with hot sauce, and cajun seasoning.
Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray and place meat mixture in the bottom of the pan and spread it out evenly.
Cover the meat mixture with the frozen french fries in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the french fries are golden brown or if using tator tots until they are golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with the cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted. (I leave until cheese starts to get brown).

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 (300 ml) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (300 ml) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (500 g) package frozen French fries, any style
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Scramble fry ground beef until cooked.
Drain off grease.
Then add salt, pepper and garlic.
Add both soups and stir until well blended.
Heat through on stove and then transfer to 9 X 13 glass pan.
Cover beef mixture with the french fries.
Bake for 30 minutes, until fries are crispy.
Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread the bag of Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries out in the bottom of a 9”x13” baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time .
Meanwhile, place the ground beef, minced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir, crumbling the beef. Sauté until the beef has browned completely (8-10 minutes). Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
Remove the fries from the oven and turn them. Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese, then top with the ground beef mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and return to the oven to bake for 10 more minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and paprika. Drizzle the sauce over the top of the cheeseburger and fries casserole.
