Steps:
- Mix flour and salt together and add to a mixing bowl. Create a well in the center and pour water into the well. Add the sugar and yeast to the water and mix within water. Gradually mix flour into the water in small increments and as the dough begins to form, take it out of the bowl and continue to work it by hand on a floured surface. If the dough is too sticky, add flour in small increments until the dough no longer sticks to your hands or the kneading surface. Knead the dough thoroughly until it becomes smooth, then place a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on the bottom of a bowl and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and leave it out until the dough has completely risen, about 15-20 minutes. To tell if the dough is fully risen, make a small indentation in the center. If the indentation does not rise, the dough is ready. NOTE: This recipe yields one large pizza. It can be cut in half to make 2 smaller pizzas if desired.

Steps:
- Warm 175ml water in a saucepan until steaming, then add the butter and set aside to cool until warm but not hot. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl or tabletop mixer. Add the cooled water and mix to make a soft dough. Knead for 10 mins by hand, or for 5 mins in a mixer, until the dough feels bouncy and smooth. Return to a clean, oiled bowl and cover with oiled cling film. Leave somewhere warm to rise for 1½-2 hrs, or until doubled in size.
- Oil a baking sheet. Knock the air out of the dough and knead again for several mins. Take a small piece of dough (about the size of a walnut) and roll it into a ball. Place the ball on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining dough, spacing the dough balls about ½ cm apart. Cover and leave to rise for 30 mins. Meanwhile, to make the garlic butter, melt the butter in a pan, then stir in the garlic. Season.
- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. The dough balls should be almost touching by now. Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through. Brush with some of the garlic butter and leave to cool for 5 mins. Serve with the remaining garlic butter and a selection of crudités and cured meat, if you like.

DOMINO'S PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
Domino's pizza was a strangely traditionalist chain for a long time. They sold only one kind of crust, called the regular pizza, and only in two sizes. The pizza dough was shaped by tossing and pulling, and they offered no side orders. The chain has diversified a lot since then, with pan pizzas and other types being added. However, original Domino's pizza crust is still the same. This Domino's pizza dough recipe aims to capture that unique chewiness that we all recognize and love. Use an electric mixer to speed things up, or just combine by hand for a good workout. Like many other pizza doughs, this one can be refrigerated and frozen for later use. Try it and experience the great taste of Domino's pizza dough in your kitchen.
