THE ULTIMATE KILLER COOKIES OF ALL TIME
I got these through one of those Internet recipe chain letter thingies, and you know what? These are really good!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, corn flakes, sugars, raisins and coconut.
- Add eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
- Mix till well blended.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add flour mixture and stir until it is all incorporated into the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Cool on a wire rack.

Beat the sugar and shortening in a large bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add 1/3 cup chopped caramel corn and the egg and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Stir in the almond extract, flour, baking powder, baking soda and the remaining 2/3 cup caramel corn. Stir in the oats and coconut.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart; bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to racks to cool completely.

- 5. Form balls with 2 tablespoons of dough and place 2 inches apart on prepared sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- In the bowl of a mixer, cream the butter together with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until it's nice and combined. Add the eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and beat until smooth, scraping the bowl if necessary to make sure everything is incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, coffee granules, baking soda and salt. Stir together, then add it to the mixer in 3 increments, mixing on low until it's totally incorporated. Scrape the bowl and beat for a few more seconds. Stir in the chocolate candies, rice cereal and pecans (if using) by hand.
- With an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate the scooped cookies for 15 minutes, then bake until golden brown, 9 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack and repeat with the remaining dough.
ULTIMATE KILLER COOKIES
I found this recipe on the internet but I cannot remember where. I swear it is the absolute best cookies you will ever eat. They are sweet, chewy and you cannot eat just one. I promise if you try them, they will be a favorite.
