NO-BAKE ORANGE CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE
Perfect for those summer days when it's too hot to cook, this creamy orange desserts is made with Jello, cream cheese and whipped cream, all on a sweet graham cracker crust.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Jello and boiling water until Jello is dissolved. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and one cup powdered sugar until smooth. With mixer on low, slowly pour the Jello mixture into the cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth. Fold in the orange zest.
- With an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and remaining 3 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the orange cream cheese mixture until well incorporated. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Chill for 6-8 hours, or until set. Top with additional whipped cream before serving, if desired.

This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is a nostalgic bite of bright orange and creamy vanilla, reminiscent of those long-gone summer days of your childhood.

- Pulse vanilla wafers in a food processor until it resembles crumbs. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and melted butter, pulsing to combine.
- Spray a 9-inch springform pan generously with cooking spray and press mixture into the bottom of the pan and slightly up the sides. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar with a hand-held mixer until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together orange jello and boiling water until dissolved and set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, whip heavy cream, vanilla extract, confectioners sugar, and orange zest until stiff peaks form. Combine half of the whipped cream mixture with the orange jello mixture and the other half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Alternate spreading each mixture into the pan, starting with the cream cheese mixture and ending with whipped cream. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

I LOVE ANYTHING WITH CITRUS AND CREAM CHEESE. A VERY EASY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE.

Steps:
- CREAM TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR AND LEMON JUICE UNTIL FLUFFY.
- BEAT IN THE COOL WHIP.
- POUR INTO THE PIE CRUST.
- CREAMSICLE TOPPING:
- WHISK THE ORANGE JELLO INTO THE BOILING WATER UNTIL DISOLVED, ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
- COOL JELLO ON THE COUNTER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
- WHISK IN THE COOL WHIP, UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.
- POUR THIS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING.
- THEN COOL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4-6 HOURS.
- NOTE: YOU MAY PIPE ADDITIONAL COOL WHIP AROUND THE EDGE OF THE PIE.
