Great all purpose baking mix designed specifically for longer camping trips.

Provided by Candace Lemings @mrsCLemings

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

6 cup(s) flour
6 cup(s) wheat flour
2 tablespoon(s) salt
6 tablespoon(s) baking powder
1 1/2 cup(s) shortening

Steps:

Sift dry ingredients together.
Rub in shortening until flaky but dry.
Store in air-tight container or zip-lock bags.
When ready to use, add water to desired amount to make dough.
Use for biscuits, flapjacks etc.
