Learn how to make this DELICIOUS restaurant-style "secret burger sauce" in just a few minutes. The result is a burger sauce that is out of this world and will take your hamburgers to the next level. It goes great on cheeseburgers, chicken, with wings, on fries, and just about anything you can think of!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet relish (or minced pickles with a little juice)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard (or french/thousand Island Dressing)
½ teaspoon EACH garlic powder (onion powder, chili powder)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust salt & pepper to taste. Place in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
  • This recipe makes enough sauce for 4-6 hamburgers. You will need about 1-2 tablespoons of sauce per hamburger.

1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spread evenly over bun halves.
  • Broil about 4 inches from heat for 12-15 minutes.
  • Makes 6 open faced sandwiches.

1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound ground beef
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, salt and pepper. Place ground beef and bread crumbs into the mixture. With hands or a fork, mix until well blended. Form into 4 patties approximately 3/4 inch thick.
  • Place patties on the prepared grill. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
