- In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs. Dice up the biscuits. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes. When done flip onto platter and cut and serve.

- Fry the spinach in a pan until it withers. Remove and fry the hash brown in the same oil until golden, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the layers in turn in a greased baking dish: half sliced bread - ham - spinach and green onions - hash brown - half grated cheese - remaining bread
- Beat the eggs with milk, cream, salt, and spices and pour everything into a baking dish. Press lightly and leave for half an hour to absorb.
- Sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 400 F. Pierce with a knife to check if baking is complete. cover with a flat plate and turn over. Cut into portions and serve.
