BUFFALO WING PRETZEL STICKS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Line a jelly roll pan or two baking sheets with parchment paper
- Melt wing sauce, butter and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Empty bag of pretzels into in a large bowl.
- Drizzle pretzels with wing sauce mixture and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for dipping, if you like.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Place pretzel rods in resealable bag, and lightly tap with meat mallet to break into large pieces. Do in batches if necessary. Pour pretzels onto a large rimmed cookie sheet or in large baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together hot sauce, butter, oil, Worcestershire sauce, Ranch, garlic, and onion until well combined. Drizzle over pretzels and gently toss pretzels to combine.
- Bake pretzels at 250 degrees F for 90 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.

This is easier if your pretzels don't have giant holes in them. Top with the monterey jack cheese, and broil for 4-5 minutes, until the chicken mixture is warmed through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs., In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil for 7-10 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear, adding wing sauce during the last 2 minutes. Turn to coat chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
