Steps:
- Combine water, vegetable oil, sour cream, egg, and egg yolk in the bread machine.
- Combine yeast, bread flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add to wet ingredients in bread machine all at once.
- Run the Bread cycle. Remove bread from the machine after the cycle is done and cool bread on a wire rack.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients onto a loose mixture, if to dry, moisten with water.
- Place into a well greased or oiled loaf pan and press down lightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Sauce: heat tomato juice add cheese.
- stir until it is melted.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter.
- Pour over sliced buckwheat loaf.

BREAD MACHINE BUCKWHEAT BREAD
This is a great dinner bread recipe from Madge Rosenberg's cookbook, The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever: Ethnic Breads, in the Eastern Europe section. This is for the large 1 1/2 pound loaf. She says, "Buckwheat blini, caviar, and vodka are the classic Russian culinary triangle. Substitute thin slices of buckwheat bread for the blini for an easy, sophisticated first course. If you toast the slices, brush them with melted butter just before serving. Golden caviar and salmon roe are good economical substitutes for imported beluga or sevruga. Small dishes of sour cream, finely chopped hard-cooked egg yolks and egg whites, and minced onion are part of the traditional presentation. For a festive New Year's Eve celebration, switch to Champagne instead of vodka."

- In a large bowl whisk together the 1/2 cup warm water, the molasses, oil, and yeast. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until the mixture is cloudy and a little foamy.
- Add the 1/3 cup water. Add 1 1/2 cups of the all-purpose flour, the rye flour, buckwheat flour, and salt. Stir until nearly combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough of the remaining all-purpose flour to make a moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic (5 to 7 minutes total).
- Shape into a ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl; turn once to grease dough surface. Cover; let rise in a warm place until double in size (1 1/2 hours).
- Punch down dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Grease a 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Shape dough by gently patting and pinching into a loaf shape, tucking edges underneath. Using a paring knife, make a few diagonal slashes in the top of the loaf. Place shaped dough in the prepared pan. Cover; let rise in a warm place until nearly double in size (about 30 minutes).
