1 package fudge brownie mix (8-inch square pan size)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits with juice
1 small firm banana, sliced
1 medium kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 ounce semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over brownie crust. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Toss banana slices with juice; drain well. Arrange the banana, kiwi, strawberries and pineapple over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans. , In a small microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Drizzle over fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2 (16 1/2 ounce) rolls pillsbury refrigerated traditional chocolate fudge refrigerated brownie bar dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberry
1/2 cup apple jelly

Steps:

  • DIRECTIONS
  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark, nonstick pan). Grease 12-inch pizza pan, or spray with cooking spray. Spread both rolls brownie batter evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
  • 2. Bake 16 to 20 minutes. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • 3. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Stir jelly until smooth. Brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Cut into wedges. Store covered in refrigerator.
  • High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use only 1 roll brownie batter. Stir 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour into batter in bowl, then spread in pan.

Bake the brownie mix and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels in a pizza pan ahead of time and then let the kids decorate with whipped topping and pizza-inspired fruit decorations, like pineapple chunks, strawberry slices and kiwi.

1 (18 1/3 ounce) package traditional 13 x 9 chewy fudge brownie mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided
2 cups fat-free whipped topping, thawed
3 cups fresh blueberries, sliced grapes, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, fruit of choice and berries
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F Grease and flour 15-inch-round pizza pan or 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
  • COMBINE brownie mix, oil, eggs and water in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 3/4 cup morsels. Spread onto prepared pizza pan.
  • BAKE for 20 to 22 minutes or until edges are set. Remove to wire rack and cool for 3 minutes; loosen edge of brownie crust from pan with knife. Cool for 1 hour on wire rack.
  • SPREAD whipped topping over brownie crust. Top with fruit. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup morsels and coconut. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce can be substituted for the vegetable oil. Bake at 350° F for 15 to 17 minutes.
  • Brownie crust may be made in advance. Allow to cool completely and cover with plastic wrap for up to 1 day.

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy cream cheese frosting (from 1-lb container)
3 1/2 cups assorted fresh fruit

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray 14-inch pizza pan or 15x10-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and egg until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.
  • In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently stir frosting into whipped cream. Spread over cookie pizza. Arrange fruit on top.

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a deep dish 12-inch pizza pan (be sure it's at least 3/4-inch deep) or a 12-inch cake pan then line with a round of parchment paper on bottom, butter parchment and dust pan with 1 tsp cocoa powder. Set aside. In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl stir together granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter and vegetable oil. Blend in eggs one at a time while adding in vanilla with the last egg. Add in flour mixture and mix just until combined then mix in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread into an even layer, then wiggle pan to level. Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted into center comes out free of batter about 18 - 22 minutes. Remove from oven and set on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and slightly fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies, cover and transfer to fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes (or up to 1 day). Add fruit just before serving (because the fruit will begin to break down and make the topping runny) then if desired warm 2 Tbsp apple jelly, whisk to smooth and spread over fruit with a pastry brush. Cut into slices and serve immediately for best results.
