Add all the ingredients to a blender; blend for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and thick.
For a thinner shake, add 1/2 cup milk.

1 scoop chocolate ice cream
chocolate shavings, to decorate

Steps:

1. Put the rum, crème de cacao ,crème de menthe, and ice cream in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on low speed until smooth and well mixed. Pour drink into a champagne flute. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve at once. Serves 1 The Golden Book of Chocolate
