FAVORITE TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Layer broccoli on bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish . Layer turkey (or chicken) over broccoli. In a saucepan, melt the 6 tablespoons butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in the milk and continue until the white sauce is smooth and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice with white sauce and pour over turkey (or chicken) and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 35 to 40 minutes.

- In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the turkey, broccoli, soups and rice; transfer to a greased shallow 2-1/2 qt. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and French-fried onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Freeze option: Sprinkle cheese and French-fried onions over unbaked casserole. Cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

- Heat oven to 375.
- Spray 13x9x2-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- In 12-inch skillet, mix soup and milk until well blended. Stir in thawed broccoli, turkey and cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and bubbly. Pour into baking dish.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits; arrange on hot turkey mixture.
- Bake uncovered 20 to 28 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl, mix the chicken soup, sour cream & turkey OR 2 cups leftover gravy & turkey.
- Place the turkey mixture in a sprayed 8x11 casserole dish.
- Microwave broccoli for 2 minutes in pouch or box. If using fresh, boil for 5 minutes, until tender.
- Drain water from broccoli well. Sprinkle warmed broccoli on top of turkey.
- Cover broccoli mixture with prepared stuffing.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with American cheese.
- Bake for another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and devour immediately!
