BEST BROCCOLI SALAD EVER!
This is a delightful, cool, and crisp salad with healthy fruits, vegetables, and nuts that is a great accompaniment to any entree. It's a real favorite with anyone who tries it. This is a fun recipe as you can get creative with it. I have even made it with out the sunflower seeds, and it was still delicious.

BROCCOLI SALAD WITH APRICOTS
This is another recipe that my sister and I came up with for our home study group. The tartness of the dressing and the sweetness of the fruit make a wonderful combination. We found, for us anyway, that by adding a little Miracle Whip to the dressing we could cut down on the amount of sugar.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking rapidly until the dressing is thick and creamy. Adjust salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
