1 (8 ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups ham, cubed
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Dash salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Jack Cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent rolls and arrange on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top rolls with ham and potatoes. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set.

1 lb hot breakfast sausage
12 eggs
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp seasoning salt or to taste
2 tsp worcestershire sauce or to taste
1 dash(es) black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. Brown sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl, blend the eggs, soup, cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add browned sausage.
  • 4. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake until golden and the center is firm.

I am visiting my mom and this recipe has been hanging on her fridge. It is a recipe that a co-worker of hers brought to work one day.

2 (8 ounce) packages Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, divided
cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In the microwave or saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Place in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place one tube of crescent rolls over the butter and press together to close the seams.
  • Blend both packages of cream cheese with one cup sugar and spread over crescent rolls.
  • Layer the other package of cresent rolls over the cream cheese, closing the seams.
  • Melt the remaining 1/2 cup of butter and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Spread over the the top of the crescent rolls. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 45 minutes and let cool slightly and serve warm.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8x12-inch baking dish with nonstick oil spray.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the bacon or sausage meat and cook until crispy or browned (about 8 minutes -- if using sausage, break up the meat with the tip of a wooden spoon). Add the onion and cook until soft (about 3 minutes).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream and garlic powder in a large bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix in the bacon (or sausages) and onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and cheddar cheese.
  • Add a layer of hash browns to the base of the dish. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Top with the mozzarella. Bake until eggs are cooked through (about 45 to 50 minutes).
