Bread With Peanut Butter and Blueberry Jam image

At first I did not think to spread the bread with peanut butter and blueberry jam is a good idea but after trying it tastes nice. The combination of peanut butter and blueberry jam is like WOW! It's really delicious! You guys should try it too! It's so simple! Anyways, good luck trying it!

2 pieces bread
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons blueberry jam

Steps:

  • Each bread will be spread with two different of jams.
  • Firstly, sread the bread with peanut butter while the other bread will be spread with blueberry jam.
  • Then, toast them in 'Pocket Sandwich' (or you also can toast the bread first then spread them with peanut butter and blueberry jam).

Quick, easy and very yummy too. Good for breakfast or snacking.

½ cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
½ cup peanut butter
2 bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in peanut butter, bananas, flour and baking soda until blended. Fold in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack to cool.

Perfect on a nice, cool autumn day (or any time of year). Makes enough to give a loaf to the neighbors.

3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin (cooked fresh or canned)
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
12 ounces peanut butter chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Grease and flour 3 loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend pumpkin with oil, water and eggs.
  • Add the dry ingredients gradually until well blended.
  • Stir in the chips, nuts, and raisins.
  • Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until cake tester comes out clean.
