Bourbon Sloe Gin Cocktail Recipes

SLOE GIN FIZZ

Steps:

• Place the sloe gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
• Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
• Strain the drink into a ice-filled highball glass and top with a splash of soda water; the egg white foam forms on top. If desired, garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve immediately.

SLOE GIN FIZZ COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• Pour the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Shake well .
• Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
• Top with soda.
• Serve and enjoy.

BOURBON SLOE GIN COCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a blender, blend cracked ice, bourbon, lemon juice, sloe gin and sugar for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled 6-ounce stemmed glass.

SLOE GIN COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Start by making the juniper syrup. Put the sugar in a small saucepan, then add 100ml water and the juniper berries. Bring to the boil, then take off the heat and gently squash the berries in the liquid using a potato masher. Leave to steep until completely cold, then strain into a sterilised bottle or jar. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
• Put the sloe gin, lemon juice, gin and 2 tsp of the syrup in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice. Serve immediately.
