1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
Four 1/2-inch cubes pepper jack cheese (about 1 ounce total)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 slices Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
4 hamburger buns
Ketchup, mustard and/or mayonnaise, for spreading (optional)
Lettuce leaves, sliced tomato and/or sliced red onion, for topping
Pickles, for serving (optional)

Steps:

  • Divide the beef into 4 equal portions. Press a cube of pepper jack into the center of each and shape the meat around the cheese; form into patties, about 4 inches wide and 3/4 inch thick. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip the patties and top each with a slice of Cheddar; cook 4 to 5 more minutes.
  • Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns and spread with ketchup, mustard and/or mayonnaise. Fill with the burgers and top with lettuce, tomato and/or red onion. Serve with pickles.

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. steak sauce; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Spray both sides of onion slices with cooking spray.
  • Grill patties 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160�F), adding onions to grill after 2 min. and cooking until crisp-tender. Top burgers with 2% Milk Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Fill buns with burgers, tomatoes, onions and remaining steak sauce.

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat and 2 tablespoons of the steak sauce in medium bowl. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Spray both sides of onion slices with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Grill patties 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through, adding onions to the grill after 2 minutes and cooking until crisp-tender. Top the burgers with the 2% Milk Singles and continue grilling until the 2% Milk Singles are melted.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons steak sauce. Cover with onions, tomatoes and top halves of buns.

1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs, onions, egg and 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce for the last few minutes. Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and cheeseburgers.
