3 tbsp orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp limeade concentrate
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup water

Steps:

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on highest speed for 30 seconds to a minute, scrape sides, and blend again until smooth.

1/4 cup turbinado sugar or 1/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup dole brand fresh pineapple
1/8 cup limeade
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

Steps:

Add ice.
Blend until smooth (Splenda is harder to blend than Turbinado).
Pour into 2 12 oz. servings (or 1 24 oz. serving if desired).
Enjoy!
