- Pour juice off pineapples and let stand in refrigerator.
- Mix Jello and let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Mix all the other ingredients together and add to Jello.

This blackberry sugar free gelatin salad is a delicious and creamy alternative to the sugar laden concoctions of family and friend gatherings. It is filled with fresh fruits, delectable fats, and tantalizing taste!

- In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of cool water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let bloom. Combine 1 cup of boiling water and the tea bags. Let it brew. Combine the blackberries, 3/4 cup stevia, and 1 cup of cool water to a blender. Puree until completely liquefied. Set aside. Remove tea bags and pour liquid into the saucepan with the gelatin. Heat over medium heat to completely dissolve the gelatin. Once dissolved, immediately remove from heat. Add the gelatin mixture to the blender puree and combine thoroughly. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Let set in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours. Once the gelatin is firm, cut into bite-sized pieces and scrape it into a large bowl. Meanwhile, in a stand mixer, add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup stevia blend. Beat until it firms. Add the whipped cream to the gelatin, and fold in blueberries. Garnish with blackberries. Best if refrigerated until served.
