BING CHERRY JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Add enough water to the drained reserved pineapple to equal two cups.
• Heat the water/juice mixture in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave until boiling point.
• Add the Jello and mix well.
• Add in the cherry soda. Stir well.
• Chill for 60-90 minutes or until partially set.
• Add in the drained pineapple and drained cherries. Mix well.
• Pour into a deep 8x8 baking pan (at least 2" sides).
• Refrigerate until firm.
• Serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top.

BLACK CHERRY JELLO SALAD WITH CREAM CHEESE AND PECANS

Steps:

• Drain the can of cherries, reserving the juice into a measuring cup. Add cold water to the juice to make a total of 1 ¼ cups liquid and place in the fridge to chill.
• Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water in an attractive serving bowl. Stir until totally dissolved and there are no visual Jello granules remaining.
• Stir the cold cherry juice/water combination into the warm Jello thoroughly.
• Refrigerate until partially set. In the meantime, check if the cherries are pitted. Cut the cherries in half if you prefer smaller bites of cherry. (I use half of the cherries but all of the juice in the can). Cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
• Roughly chop the pecans and measure out ¼ cup. Add cherries, cream cheese and roughly chopped pecans to partially set Jello. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

CHERRY COKE JELLO

Steps:

• Line an 8x8 baking dish with two layers foil.
• Pour the cola in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, until boiling hot.
• Whisk in the gelatin until dissolved. Pour into the lined pan.
• Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
• To serve: lift Jell-O out of pan by lifting the foil lining. Invert onto serving plate and peel away foil. Cut into shapes or cubes.

WW CHERRY COKE JELLO

Steps:

• Dissolve in Jell-o in boiling water.
• Add coke and mix well.
• Add pie filling and stir well.
• Refrigerate until Jell-o sets.
• Use a 9x9 inch square pan and cut into 3" squares.

• Heat Coke.
• Dissolve jello in it.
• Add softened and cubed cream cheese.
• Mix with beater.
• Add fruit and 1/2 c.
• each fruit juice.
• Chill.
