This is a great seafood dip that I created that goes great served with crackers, vegetables, or chips for dipping.

Steps:
- In a food processor combine all ingredients. Process until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and let sit for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Can be served cold or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cream cheese in a medium sized mixing bowl. Saute onions in butter until softened. Add onions, seafood, wine and Swiss cheese to cream cheese.
- Stir until combined. Spread into a greased 2 quart baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

- In a large bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with crackers, celery sticks or other raw vegetables.

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY SEAFOOD DIP
This is loaded with shrimp and crab - gently graced with scallion and a little garlic. Serve with Carrs table water crackers or saltines. I also put out a little bottle of Tabasco for those who like a little kick - they can put a few drops on their own serving. Also very good with raw veggies. Carrot sticks are my favorite dipper for this!

This is a dip that I have been making for many years.I take it to many gatherings. It is so easy to make and tastes wonderful. I got the recipe from a girl I worked with many years ago when she brought it to an office party.These are ingredients you can keep on hand to make at any time. Scallops and shrimp baked in an asiago cheese cream sauce. Heavenly. Serve with crackers, bread, veggies, whatever! My MIL's recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a frying pan heat 1 tablespoons butter. Fry scallops till just done, a few minutes. Set aside.
- Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons butter in the same frying pan and whisk in the flour. Cook a few minutes till bubbly.
- Add the cream and boil slowly 1 minute. Remove pan from heat.
- Add the asiago cheese, scallops and shrimp. Pour into a glass pie plate and top with parmesan.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

This is a quick dip that I made that everyone absolutely loves. It goes well with crackers are veggies and there's never any left over!

Steps:
- Put crabmeat, parsley, and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Chop shrimp by hand and add to crabmeat mixture in separate bowl. Add mayo, sour cream, and mustard and mix together until blended. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
