1 pound ground beef
1 can (111/s ounces) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Italian
Tomato Soup
1 can (10% ounces) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/4 cups water
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced 11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
4 cups hot cooked medium shell macaroni (about 3 cups uncooked)

Steps:

  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soups, water, basil, pepper, garlic powder, 1 cup cheese and macaroni. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle remaining cheese over beef mixture. Bake 5 minute more or until cheese is melted.

1 pound ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
2 ounces sliced pepperoni (about 2/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
6 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed
6 pieces string cheese (about 6 ounces)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef with pepper and onion over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; drain. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and oregano. , Spoon 1/2 cup mixture across center of each tortilla; top with a piece of string cheese. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up. , Place on an ungreased baking sheet, seam side down. Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes. Freeze option: Cool beef mixture before assembly. Individually wrap roll-ups in foil and freeze in a freezer container. To use, partially thaw overnight in refrigerator. Reheat foil-wrapped roll-ups on a baking sheet in a preheated 350° oven until heated through. To reheat individually, remove foil and rewrap in paper towel; place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high until heated through, turning once. Let stand 15 seconds.

I can't remember where i got this recipe, but we all love it. It makes a ton so i bring it to family gatherings often. It isn't pretty until it is done cooking in the oven. But it is definitely good!

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups water
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 cups macaroni, cooked al dente

Steps:

  • In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, basil, pepper and garlic until meat is browned.
  • Stir in soups, water and 1 cup of the cheese.
  • Add macaroni.
  • Pour into a 2 quart baking dish and cover with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

1 pound ground beef
2 medium zucchini, finely chopped
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 jar (24 ounces) Traditional Marinara
1-1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Cook penne according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook the beef, zucchini, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the marinara, Alfredo sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and garlic powder. Drain penne; stir into meat mixture., Transfer to a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with parsley.

1 can (8 ounce) pizza sauce
3 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, halved
Green pepper rings, optional
Sliced mushrooms, optional
2 tablespoons butter, optional
Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Combine beef, eggs, crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and oregano, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan.
