LOW-CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the ramekin with barbecue sauce. Lay down the bacon strips, rotating clockwise, spacing evenly on the edges.
- Place half of the beef patty on top of the bacon.
- Press the beef patty evenly into the ramekin, leaving a small divot in the middle.
- Place the cheddar cheese in the divot.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the second half of beef patty on top of the cheese and pat to flatten. Lay the ends of the bacon strips over the patty. Brush the remaining barbecue sauce on top.
- Place the ramekin on a baking sheet along with the sesame bun, face down.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp to your liking.
- Assemble the burger with the toasted sesame bun, lettuce and tomato.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Brown ground beef in skillet adding grill seasoning to it.
- While beef is browning boil water for noodles.
- Crisp up bacon while beef and noodles are cooking. crumble when done.
- When everything is done cooking, mix beef, bacon, pasta, bbq sauce and 1 cup of the cheese together in a bowl.
- Put mixture into a 9x13 pan and top with remaining cheese.
- Put pan into oven heated to 400 degrees until the cheese is melted and everything is bubbly (about 15 minutes).

- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- Place bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry, stirring occasionally. When the bacon is almost done, add the onion. Cook until the bacon is crisp, and the onion is tender. Remove onion and bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon, and transfer to a food processor. Pulse a couple of times to chop finely. Do not puree. Pour into a large bowl, and mix with steak sauce and ground chuck using your hands. Form into 16 patties.
- Place patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Place a slice of cheese on top of each one during the last minute.

BACON CHEESEBURGER (STOVE-TOP) CASSEROLE
Who doesn't like bacon cheeseburgers? This is sooooo good and family friendly. PLUS, it's a whole meal in one pot! All 4 of my kids love it, as do me and my husband. It is kind of like "glorified hamburger helper" but you can tell it is from scratch! It's also quick and easy :) This recipe will serve 8, so you may want to half it for a smaller family...however, you probably will wish you hadn't because you will want leftovers!

Steps:
- Cook pasta in salted water, drain, rinse and set aside.
- Cook bacon in microwave or frying pan until crisp and set aside.
- In a large skillet or deep fryer pan (I use a 12" diam. chicken fryer), brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper (I do this while my bacon is in the microwave and my pasta is cooking).
- Drain any grease from beef.
- Crumble bacon into beef and onion mixture.
- Add tomato soup and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add pasta and stir until coated and combined well.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and cover.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve right out of the pan.
- Enjoy!
- (You may choose to 1/2 this recipe--we have a big family!).

- Heat a large skillet over medium low heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate. Drain bacon grease, reserving 2 tsp of drippings. Return skillet to heat. Add onion and cook until translucent and soft, 3-5 minutes. Add ground beef. Brown and cook through, 8-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat.
- Return bacon to the pan. Mix in garlic powder, dijon, worchestershire, and BBQ sauce. Evenly spread the beef/bacon layer on the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add sour cream, cream cheese, and egg. Mix thoroughly to combine. Mix in 1 ½ cups cheese, radish, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and cayenne. Spread this layer on top of the ground beef. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Remove and cool for 5-10 before slicing and serving. Top as desired.
